Have a student that has switched sections, or has entered the wrong course code. We are happy to help change them and put them into the correct course.
Please contact Support@aktiv.com as we are happy to help move students between sections. You can also ask the student to contact us as well. We will need the following information:
1. Student's Login Email
2. New Course Code
Please note: Any course set up with an LMS grade sync or LTI integration will need the student to enroll in the new course through the LMS/LTI link first before we can help remove them from the old section.
