At Aktiv.com, we understand that sometimes circumstances change, and you may need to request a refund for a license you have purchased. Refunds are only permitted within two weeks (14 days) of the original purchase date.
To request a refund, please reach out to our dedicated Customer Support team via email at support@aktiv.com or through the online contact form on the Aktiv website. Be sure to reach out from the email associated with your account with a brief explanation of why you're requesting a refund.
If you are approved for a refund you can expect the refund to be issued, to the same credit card you purchased the license with, within 5-10 business days.
