Instructors can report issues or concerns with questions through the Reporting an Error Feature. Items reported this way will be reviewed by our teams and fixes, updates, or questions will be communicated back to the instructor reporting the error.
Log in as normal to your instructor account.
Select the assignment that contains the question with an error or find the question in the question bank tab. Click the three dots on the right side to reveal the Report Error button for this question. Select Report Error with Question in order to generate a pop up.
In the report you will see an area to explain the error and a place to either click to upload or drag and drop files. The more detail the better so including screenshots, videos, name(s) of student(s) affected, assignment number are all very helpful to our team.
When complete, click Submit to automatically open a ticket with our Support Team about the question. Responses will come to your email address, so keep an eye out for updates in the email inbox associated with your account login.
