Paying for Aktiv Chemistry is easy! First, you will need to create an account and enroll in your course.
Note: You will need to access Aktiv Chemistry via a Firefox or Chrome browser to make payment. Once you have paid, you can then access via the iOS or Android apps. You may also need to turn off any Ad-Blocking extensions on your browser or use a private browsing window if the below instructions do not work.
1. Follow the instructions in this link or ask your instructor to send you a PDF with course-specific instructions if they have not provided them yet.
If you see an error mentioning LMS during this process, follow the steps on this page.
2. When enrolling in your course for the first time you should see the following screen:
If you have purchased an access code from your bookstore, click the bookstore code button. If you would like to pay directly with a credit card or debit card, select pay with card.
3. If you have already accessed your course via a trial period, but wish to pay before the trial expires, click the Activate Now button on the top right of the purple bar. Then select the course you wish to activate and you will be sent to the payment page. Pay from there, and you are set!
4. If your trial has already expired, Click Here when logged in via Firefox or Chrome browser to access your account page and select Activate Course, or click on the Chem101/ Akiv Chemistry logo to reach your Account page and do the same.
Note: If you see the following when you click on Activate Now, you still need to verify the email associated with your account. Check your inbox, spam or other filtered folders for an email from 101edu.co. If you are unable to locate the verification email, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
