Our Graphing Mode questions leverage the power of Desmos to give your students an interactive graphing experience for every learning objective in your course that involves graphing.
Login
From your Chrome or Firefox Browser, navigate to our login page and login to your existing instructor account, and select Launch Web App.
Access the Question Bank
Click the Questions Tab, the final tab on the main page, to navigate to the question bank directly.
You can also navigate to the Question Bank when creating or editing an assignment by selecting "Add Problem(s)".
Find Graphing Questions
To locate graphing questions, navigate to a Graphing topic, then into the subtopics. For example, the category Graphs, then Graphing Linear Equations, and the subsection Graph a Linear Equation by Plotting Points contains these questions. If a question is algorithmic, you will need to select "Click to show individual (static) problems" to preview the question.
Graphing questions are also indicated by the Graphing icon, which shows an X and Y axis and curved graph. This is displayed before the question statement.

Graphing Question Types
Each of our graphing questions has been uniquely designed to provide your students with an easy-to-use, interactive graphing experience. Below you can see an example of our intercepts graphing function.
Here is an example where a student will have to adjust the curve of a cosine function.
As with our Final Answer questions, our authors anticipate the most common mistakes students make in composing their graphs, and deliver answer specific feedback designed to help students pinpoint their mistakes, and correct them on their subsequent attempts.
